Description

The Tacoma Golf Association (TGA) will host the 93rd Annual Tacoma City Amateur Golf Championship.

The event will consist of a 54 hole stroke play. After 36 holes there is a cut. Final qualifiers will consist of the low 30 scores plus ties after the first two rounds. Competition will be stroke play conducted under USGA Rules. Distance measuring devices including GPS-based system and laser rangefinders will be allowed during this competition. Round 1 Tee times will be sent out via email 48 hours prior to play date. No preferred pairings. Pace of play will be enforced. Maximum handicap index 10.0.

ENTRY FEE: $220 Field limited to 60 entries

Entry includes greens fees, warm up bucket and competition fee

Must have an active GHIN Handicap

Entry fee must be received by July 21st, 2024

Entrants must be a minimum of 16 years old by 1st day of play. All winners must meet eligibility requirements and all play will be from the tournament selected tees.

Dress Code: dress code applies to players, addies and guest. No jeans (denim), sweat pants and unkempt clothing, collard shirts for this TGA event, please. If you have questions please call the golf course.

All prize money will be paid in shop credit at Meadow Park Golf Course
