Entry Fee: $550 individual, $1100 two-man team

Entry includes: Two night stay at the Colorado Belle Resort (Jan 11/12)
Two rounds of golf at Laughlin Ranch (green fees & cart)
Lunch following play each day
Tournament shirt

Payout: Professional Division - $20,000 1st place
Team Division - $3000 1st place
