| Siuslaw Open at Florence Golf Links | 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM | About The Tournament This year’s tournament is being held at beautiful Florence Golf Links (formerly Sandpines) in Florence, Oregon. Registration is limited to 100 golfers for each pool. We will be following COVID Guidelines by staggering tee times. The tournament is a 4-person team, “ Calloway Scoring” format. A putting contest will also be held between 7:00 am and 3:45 pm. A delicious meal will be provided during the tournament. Individual and team prizes will be awarded post-tournament. Distancing regulations will be adhered to. Carts will be sanitized for your protection. To Register To Play Fill out the form to the right and return it to Siuslaw Outreach Services or Florence Golf Links. Registration no later than May 14th Team Registration before May 1st: $360 Team Registration after May 1st: $380 (Team Fee includes: 3 putts for each player in the putting contest, 3 mulligans for each player, meal, snacks, and beverages) NEW This year: Team Poker Run! (an additional fee to participate in Poker Run) Payment can be made by check or credit card.
