| Ghost Tree Invitational | 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM | August 7th & 8th, 2020 Ghost Tree Invitational at Pronghorn Resort - Bend, Oregon The event kicks off with a double shotgun golf tournament at the award winning Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. As you put your foursome together, you can choose between an AM tee time at 7:30am or a PM time at 1:15pm. Golfers must either establish a tournament handicap by submitting three recent scorecards, have a GHIN number with the USGA or accept a tournament handicap of zero if they are unable to do either. Tee prizes and gifts will be given to each player, in addition you will have hole sponsors spread throughout the course that will be serving drinks and food on select tee boxes. Players will also enjoy a continental breakfast for the morning round and a bbq lunch between rounds. On course prizes will consist of closest to the pin contests on par three holes, longest drives for men and women and more. Gross & Net Division – Team Scramble Format Handicaps: Every player will need to have an established handicap. For the net division, Pronghorn will take a percentage of each players handicap to establish a team handicap for the round. If you do not have a USGA handicap you must bring three scorecards to the tournament director to establish a tournament handicap or you will have a tournament handicap of 0. Drives: The team must use a minimum of 2 tee shots from each player in the foursome. Format: The format for 2020 is a scramble. Tees: Women play from the ladies (forward) tees and men from the member tees as marked This is the main event, the party of the summer without a doubt. Dinner on the Range. On Saturday August 8th, 2020 beginning at 5pm at Pronghorn Resort guests will be allowed to enter a culinary and beverage heaven. Once inside their ticket gets them unlimited food and beverage throughout the evening. Sample amazing cuisine made onsite from up to 16 of the finest local and regional chefs/restaurants as you wander from booth to booth. In addition to the culinary delights, guests can enjoy up to 12 wineries, brews from GoodLife & Deschutes Breweries and try unique cocktails from the spirits tent. The culinary expertise of our chefs will continually surprise your taste buds from one tent to the next. In between samples you can also visit the Silent Auction area to bid on fun vacation packages to Southern California, Palm Springs, Lake Tahoe, Portland, San Diego, Cabo San Lucas Mexico, Las Vegas and Hawaii. Corporate tables will be spread throughout the grounds in addition to bistro tables and other displays from local sponsors. The party kicks into another gear beginning at 7pm once the live dance band, Patrick & The LVB, hits the stage and plays well into the night. Patrick Sieben is a Emmy Award Winning Singer and Songwriter and currently enjoys a residency at Aria Resort on the famed Las Vegas Strip. When we say that this will be the party of the year, we truly mean it. The Dinner on the Range will be the biggest event of the summer and you won’t want to miss out. Drink Ticket Policy : In an effort to support drinking responsibly and a safe environment for our guests we have instituted the following policy. Each guest over 21 will be given an event wristband that has 5 drink tabs attached to it. Each tab is good for one glass of beer or a cocktail (wine is excluded from the tabs). Once your tabs are all gone you can visit security at the center of the event and they will determine if you get a secondary band that has two additional drink tabs on it. Once those tabs are used no other bands will be given for drinks. The Ghost Tree is a rain or shine event, no refunds will be given for bad weather. A valid drivers license or government issued ID will be required for entry to the event in order to receive your drink ticket wristband.
