Hosted by the Desert Aire Golf & Country Club, this two day event includes Free Practice Round Friday, Saturday Night Dinner & Social Hour, Free Range Balls for the Weekend, Gross & Net Prizes and two great days of golf with your Partner. TOURNAMENT FORMAT Saturday 9am Six Pack Sunday 9am Chapman Entry Form This is a Two-Day tournament for couples TOURNAMENT FORMAT TOURNAMENT AGENDA Saturday: 9 am start – Six Pack Check in of registered players Sunday: 9 am start – Chapman Saturday May 20th 7:30 am - 8:30 am USGA handicap maximum is 36 for Men & 40 for Ladies, with a handicap revision date of May 10 HONEY POT @ $10.00/EACH DAY: 2018. DRUTHERS @ $5/EACH DAY and 50/50 TICKETS @ 13 for $10.00 All Players must have posted a minimum of 5 6 for $5 or $1 each CAN BE PURCHASED ON Rounds of play in previous year. FRIDAY or SATURDAY at check in. There will be three (3) divisions based on handicap Play will be from the white and red tee’s only & total number of entries. Gross & Net prizes will be awarded in each division. | 19th Annual Veterans Classic | 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Sunday, May 20, 2018 Event Check-In – Myrtle Beach PGA TOUR Superstore – 3:00PM – 7:00PM Receive your Participant Badge and Tournament Gift Bag which includes: Tournament logo’d performance polo Tournament logo’d performance hat $20 Tournament Card to the PGA TOUR Superstore one (1) dozen Srixon Q-Star golf balls Tournament logo’d bag tag Meet and greet fellow competitors Monday, May 21, 2018 Tournament Round 1 – Best Ball Courses – Crown Park, Tradition, Sea Trail Byrd Shotgun start at 8:30 AM Each member will play their own ball and the lowest score of the two team members will be recorded as the score for that hole. Men will use 80% if their current handicap while Women will use 85% Tuesday, May 22, 2018 Tournament Round 2 – Modified Alternate Shot Courses – Burning Ridge, Aberdeen, Long Bay Club Shotgun start at 8:30 AM Each team member will play their own ball off the tee. Alternate shot from the tee shot forward. One score for each hole to determine the team score. Each member will use 40% of their team handicap Wednesday, May 23, 2018 Tournament Round 3 – Scramble Courses – River Club, Arrowhead, Wachesaw East Shotgun start at 8:30 AM Each team member tees off Select the best tee shot of the team and both team members will hit from that spot. Continue that process until the ball is holed. A minimum of six tee shots per team member must be used.
