Description

Kapalua Golf is now accepting entries for the 31st Annual Kapalua Clambake, June 23- 25, 2017. The 31st Annual Kapalua Clambake Pro-Am will be held on both the Bay and Plantation Courses. Professionals and amateurs from around the country converge at Kapalua for a fun three days of festivities and competitions.

Highlights include a gala dinner with live entertainment, a horse race shootout for the top teams and an awards ceremony for the entire field. Maui Special Olympics is also part of the event along with Lahainaluna High School's golf programs.

Registration

A team entry comprised of 3 amateurs and 1 professional will be $3,250 for the three day event.


An additional option is an official “Clam Tee Sponsorship” for $4,250 per team.

This offering includes:
Team Entry
Tee Sponsor Recognition on one hole each day
Two extra Clambake dinner tickets
One complimentary practice round at each course for the team, and special recognition on social media during the event.

GHIN Indexes

Please note that for the event all players must have a registered and verifiable GHIN handicap or they will be considered a scratch player.

The maximum handicap allowance for any one player in the event will be 24. A participant whose handicap is higher than 24 may still participate but will only be recognized as a 24 handicap for the event. As in the past, all participants will play in the event at 75% of their handicap. Please make sure everyone on your team has or registers for an official GHIN handicap before the entry deadline date of May 31st. All handicaps for the event will be established with the mid-June revision
Entry Form

When entering, you will need all four player’s full information to register. Once the entry form is done, you will receive an e-mail confirming the entry with a website to pay which you can forward to your playing partners.

Practice Rounds & Pre-Tournament Skins

Special practice round pricing (between 10:00am to 12:50pm) of $145 at Plantation and $125 at Bay from Sunday, June 19th through Wednesday, June 23rd. Please call 1-877-527-2582 with a credit card to guarantee at four days prior to make the reservation.

The Bay Course has a special practice round skins game for Clambake participants on Thursday, June 23, 2016. Information is in the schedule of events.


Accommodations

For those traveling from the outer islands or the mainland, The Ritz Carlton, Kapalua and Montage, Kapalua Bay will be offering some special rates. The rates and booking information are being finalized and should be released by the end of this month.
