Eaglemont Tournament Entry Form

Time: 10:00 Shotgun
Format: Four Person Scramble. A majority of the Par 4’s will be drivable and the Par 5’s will be
reachable in two. The course will be set at 5400 yards or less with 2 pins on a few holes.
Tees: Men – White Women – Red
Gross and Net competition. Team handicaps will be derived by taking one eighth of the combined
handicaps. (Limit 1 pro per team)

VIP Member $40 Per Person
Social/Weekday Member $55 Per Person
Non-Member $65 Per Person
Entry Fee Includes:
Golf, Power Cart, Chili w/ Corn Bread and a *3,000 dollar prize fund!(Based on field of 100 players)
