| 2022 GOLDEN HORSESHOE FOURBALL INVITATIONAL | 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM | You Are Invited The Golden Horseshoe Invitational Committee invites you to compete against the best players in the region on the award-winning Gold Course in our 30th Annual event. We are proud to say that the course is in fantastic shape. General Information The Golden Horseshoe Invitational is a 36-hole, four-ball stroke play event. Based on entries, we plan to have an Open Championship, a Senior Championship (both players age 50 and over on August 6, 2022) and a Super Senior Championship (both players age 65 and over on August 6, 2022). VSGA Player Ranking points will be awarded. Schedule of Events • August 4 & 5, 2022 Practice round tee-times available on the Gold Course ($35 per person) • Friday, August 5, 2022 6 p.m. Gold Course Clubhouse reception and putting contest • Saturday, August 6, 2022 8 a.m. First round Tee-Times, Gold Course Lunch following play • Sunday, August 7, 2022 9 a.m. Final round shotgun, Gold Course, Awards following play Accommodations Special room rates are available at the Griffin Hotel, an official Colonial Williamsburg hotel. Apply to Play The field will be limited to 56 teams. The entry fee of $525 per team includes two tournament rounds, golf carts for tournament rounds, tee gifts, prizes, Friday's Gold Course Clubhouse reception and putting contest, and Saturday box lunch.
