| Chicago Stableford Tournament | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Capitol City Golf Club Saturday, February 3rd – Tee Times start at 8:00am Sign up in the Pro Shop or Call Competition: Individual Chicago Tournament. Each player is given a point-quota, based on their handicap. Points are scored: bogey 1, par 2, birdie 4, eagle 8. Player whose point total for 18 holes most exceeds their point quota wins. Open to all Access Golf Club Members. Players will receive full handicaps. Each player must have a USGA Index to compete or play as a 0 handicap. | 2018 Big Game Classic | 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM | 2-person Best-Ball Tournament Saturday, February 3, 2018 | 9:00am shotgun $3,600 purse based on a full field of 64 teams! Entry Fee: $150 per team includes green fee, catered lunch and prize fund. Entry Deadline: Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 4:00pm. Golf Carts: Optional at $17.41 per player (payable in the golf shop day of the event). Format: Two-person best-ball. The player's handicaps must be no more than eight strokes apart. Teams with a greater spread may play together but the high handicapper will be adjusted down to meet the eight stroke spread. Divisions: The field will be broken up into two divisions based on handicap. The course will be set up to approximately 6,200 yards with both divisions playing from the same tees. Ladies will play gold tees at 5,442 yards and their handicaps will be adjusted accordingly. Prizes: Both gross and net prizes will be awarded in each division as well as closest to the pin competitions. There will be other optional games available at check-in. | 3 Club Challenge 2018 | 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM | February 3rd, 2018 | 10am Shotgun The Colwood 3 Club Challenge is back by popular demand, and registration is now open! This is an 18-hole, two-player best ball event, where golfers will be limited to using only 3 clubs (club sharing is NOT allowed). Event entry also includes beverages & prizes. Golfers can also enjoy $.50 wings and the full lunch menu from the Colwood Grill - after the round. Follow the link below for more information or to register your team for this fun event! Colwood 3 Club Challenge FORMAT & PRIZES Two person teams, 18-hole shotgun at Colwood Golf Center. Best Ball Play format with Gross and Net prizes awarded to the top finishers. Golfers will only be allowed to use 3 clubs in this event. Club sharing is NOT allowed. ELIGIBILITY This event is open to all golfers – official handicaps are not required. However, we ask that all players register for the event by listing one of the following 3 methods for handicapping: • 1) List your official Ghin handicap index with Ghin # • 2) List your estimated handicap index • 3) List your average 18-hole score IMPORTANT: for the above handicapping methods, please use 18-hole regulation course scoring. Colwood will then convert all handicapping to a par 3 equivalent for the purposes of this event. ENTRY FEE The entry fee is $25 per person. There are three ways to register for this event: Register online, at the Colwood Golf Shop, or mail this entry to Colwood Golf Center. Payment is required at time of registration. Refunds are NOT available after January 31st, 2018. INCLUSIONS Green Fees, range balls, and 2 drink tickets are included.
