Foursome - $400.00 Individual - $120.00 Please Donate Today Each year during the holiday season we look to individuals and organizations to assist in fulfilling the gift wishes of the children that we serve as part of our "Holiday Project". The children participating in this project reside in our Emergency Shelter, one of our three Group Homes, or have a caregiver involved in one of our support programs. All of the children provided for are victims of, or at risk of experiencing, abuse or neglect. If you or your company would like to become a holiday sponsor, we will provide you with a child's "wish list" that will note the child's first name, age, gender, and gift wishes. The wish list is intended to provide suggestions to help with your gift selections, but you have the freedom to determine what to buy and how much to spend. If you prefer, you can make a financial donation and our staff will do the shopping. Also, you can shop on the MCS Amazon account. Donation to MCS Child Advocacy Center Dedicated to Breaking the Cycle of Child Abuse Manatee Children's Services (MCS) was founded in 1977 by a group of concerned Manatee County residents who identified an unmet community need, temporary housing for children who had been removed from unsafe homes. Since 1977, the organization has grown to 12 different programs and continues to provide the entire Suncoast Region with essential services to improve the quality of life for children in need.
