| 2017 POLAR BEAR CHAMPIONSHIP | 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM | Hello Everyone, I hope you all are surviving this crazy Arctic Weather. We have a great opportunity for you to take the clubs out of the closet and put them in play. Our 24th Annual Polar Bear will be taking place Jan 28th and 29th. Year after year this event continues to be one of the more competative winter events around. Players travel from all over Western Washington to participate. There will be a Professional flight and 3 amateur flights. | Myrtle Beach 2017 Preseason Classic | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM | The Myrtle Beach Preseason Classic is teeing off its 3rd great year in fashion with six great Myrtle Beach layouts. This 54 hole, two-person golf tournament will be a challenging, fun and memorable event for all of the participants. Flight prizes, random drawings, on course contests and great golf camaraderie await players from all over the globe in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC. Limited to the first 100 teams, players will compete on three different courses to determine the winner of each flight based on team handicap. Different formats each day will keep the competition fresh and keep the leaderboard tight for all 3 rounds. Only $199! Per Person! Sunday, January 29, 2017 Tournament Registration – Location and Time to be Announced Receive your Tournament Gifts Meet and greet fellow competitors Monday, January 30, 2017 Tournament Round 1 – Best Ball – Legends Heathland OR Pearl West Shotgun start at 9:00 AM Each member will play their own ball and the lowest score of the two team members will be recorded as the score for that hole. Each member will use 80% if their tournament handicap Tuesday, January 31, 2017 Tournament Round 2 – Combined Team Net – Heather Glen OR Kings North Shotgun start at 9:00 AM Each team member will play their own ball from tee to green and record their score. Both team member’s scores will be combined for each hole to determine the team score. Each member will use 90% of their tournament handicap Wednesday, February 1, 2017 Tournament Round 3 – Texas Scramble – Pine Lakes OR Prestwick CC Shotgun start at 9:00 AM Each member will tee off and the best drive is selected. Both members play their own ball from that selected spot and record their own score. The lower of the two scores will count as the team score for the hole, similar to the best ball format.
