| DRUIDS GLEN MATCH PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP | 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM | DRUIDS GLEN MATCH PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP Deadline May 30th, 2014 Competition: Individual Match Play. The first round of match play will be held on June 7th tee time will start at 10:30 AM and you will get a special low price that will be announced two week prior you must play your first round on the 7th or the 8th. If you win your 1st round match you will have 2 weeks to play your next match. If you win the 2nd round match you will have another two weeks to finish the semifinals match, then the final matches are to be completed before or on July 19th. We are limiting the field to 64 players so please get your entries in as soon as possible to make sure you have your spot. The flights will be determined by your USGA Handicap Index, with the lowest handicap in your flight being the #1 seed and the highest handicap in each flight being the #16 seed. If your match is not completed before the deadline both will not advance. Any match questions/rules will be decided by the Men’s Club board, all decisions are final. June 7th or 8th– 1st Round Matches Completed Before June 21st – 2nd Round Matches Completed Before July 5th – Semifinal Matches Completed Before July 19th – Final Matches DUE TO THE POSSIBILITY OF UNEVEN NUMBERS WE MIGHT HAVE BYES IN THE 1ST ROUND SO NOT ALL PLAYERS WILL WILL HAVE A 1st ROUND MATCH, THE LOWEST SEED WILL NORMALLY RECEIVE THE BYE Cost: $25 Per Person- Includes Prize Fund Only. You are responsible for paying regular green fees for each match, but for any match can play whenever you and your opponent can play and will pay the current fee at that time. Those that reach the championship will not have to pay green fees, part of the prize package of making it to the championship. | 47th Annual John Dropping Invitational Junior Cham | 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM | We, The Dropping Committee, are proud to invite you to apply for entry into the 47th Annual John Dropping Invitational Junior Championship at BanBury Golf Course. The dates are June 8th, 9th and 10th, 2014. BanBury is a premier public golf course in the Northwest, - consistently ranking in the top courses to play in Idaho. The course has hosted the 2005-USGA Girls Junior Championship, 2012-Junior America's Cup, 2006- PNGA Senior Championship, 2004-IGA State Amateur, and the annual Eagle Amateur. Tournament eligibility is limited to boys and girls who are at least 14 years old and not older than 18 years old. 19 year old must not be more than 1 month removed from high school graduation. Boys must have a USGA index of 5.0 or less and girls 10.0 or less. The following criteria will be used to select participants: USGA handicap index Qualifying and competing in National Junior Events, (USGA, PGA, AJGA, etc.) Performance in past state events, (IGA, IHSAA) Other tournament successes Past participation in the Dropping Invitational - See more at: banburygolf.com 2014 Dropping Championship at BanBury GC - Boys Division Handicap Limit of a 5.0 -- June 9 - 10, 2014 Format: Stroke Play Starting time: Day 1 (36): 7:30am Shotgun, Day 2 (18): 8:00am TT (1st and 10th) Tees Played: Blue Tees (5900 yards) Eligibility: Entries are open to female and male amateur golfers who (1) have reached their fourteenth birthday by June 8, 2014; (2) will not have reached their nineteenth birthday by midnight (MST) June 10, 2014; (3) will not have graduated from high school by midnight (MST) May 9, 2014; and (4) have an up-to-date Handicap Index® not exceeding 5.0 for males under the USGA Handicap System. Note: If you DO NOT have an active GHIN number, please contact the Idaho Junior Golf Department at 208.342.4442 to register for this event.
